Oh look. It's the Fed Ex gal. What has she brought me today?

Ooohhhh. It's my new imac.

As if I weren't spending enough $ lately (I am planning a wedding after all), the screen on my MacBook Pro got all busted up. You can only see about 1/3rd of it, the rest has all these lines going through it.

I took it to the Genius Bar and they quoted me $1,240 to repair it. Jinkies! I could buy an entire new computer for that. So I did. OK, so the one I got cost a little more than $1,200 but when I calculated the cost of being off work for a week (I work out of my home and have no backup computer), it was definitely worth it.
{Sigh} Not what I was planning to spend money on but here we are none-the-less. She is pretty though, isn't she?
