This week I made my favorite cookies -- Chunky Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Cookies. I remember discovering these gems years ago when I had some girlfriends over. Sara deemed them the yummiest cookies ever and I don't think I've bothered to bake any other recipe since.
1 1/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 1/2 sticks softened butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and peanut butter in a large mixer bowl until creamy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chips.
- Drop dough by teaspoons onto ungreased baking sheet (airbake or stone works best).
- Bake at 375 until edges are set and centers are soft (anywhere between 7-12 minutes). Let stand for 3-4 minutes while they set.
Enjoy!

Thanks Michelle! I'm going to try these out too. I am always changing my cookie recipe to make it better and the last ones were pretty good, but this time I'll add some more :)
The cookies were great! Davy loved them! ( I think he was just greatful that I didn't burn them as usual).
