... a KO

Down for the count. In the match between an unknown virus and me, the little guy won and had me down and out for 5 solid days. Grossness. I am now dressed in real clothes, with clean hair, and slowly trying to disinfect and launder my entire home. My head is still fuzzy and my legs shaky but I think I'll make it. I think. Thank God for our resilient bodies... & for on-line TV shows.

Good heavens! Glad you are starting to feel better -sorry you missed the "knitting day" -didn't miss much though -Gungie made scones (yuuuummm! I ate at least 4) and then we sat on our cans for 4 hours and watched movies. No knitting, no nothin. Good times :-)

Any excuse to watch LOST all day!
Sorry you've been sick, friend. I've had the same thing! I actually had to cancel classes today... I haven't done that since my 'episode' last spring... you know, when I chopped my hair off and moved my bed to the livingroom. lol?!

Oh yes! Pushing Daisies.... great, isn't it? Reed told me about it. It's very ' Alice meets Jessica' don't you think?!

I seem be hearing that a lot lately. You & I have something in common. Today is the first day I haven't been on the couch, nearly passed out (from sickness) since Monday. I think this has been the most miserable week of my entire life. I do thank God for doctors, The Price is Right, Food Network & reruns of 7th Heaven.

Here's to feeling better!! Hip hip hooray!!!
