... Sun Tea

A childhood memory returned to me this week. Sun Tea. My mom used to make it all the time by filling a jug with water, adding a few tea bags, and letting it sit in the sun on the front porch to steep all day. I'm not sure why this method of creating iced tea would taste better than any other method - but it does. I made my first batch the other day and Mmmmm.... sweet nectar.

Hey Ginger, it's been a while since I've seen you. Christmas I think - when the Smith's back yard started on fire I believe. hehe. We should get together some time.
